These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of niaracandles.eu (the "Site") and the products offered through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Niara Attunement Candles. Content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
The Site does not operate an online checkout. Orders are placed by email or phone and confirmed individually. Prices, availability, shipping and payment terms are agreed at the time of ordering. A binding contract arises only when we confirm the order in writing.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Because each candle is handmade, small variations in colour, scent, and shape are normal and not defects. Photographs are illustrative.

The candles are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. Any references to attunement, wellbeing, or energy are descriptive of the candle's purpose and not medical claims.
If a product arrives damaged or differs materially from its description, contact us within 14 days of receipt at tiuana@me.com with photos and order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Statutory consumer rights under EU and Estonian law apply and are not affected by these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the Site; (c) misrepresent your identity; or (d) interfere with security features or other users' use of the Site.
The Site uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Vercel hosting. The Site may display advertisements served by Google or its partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external sites linked from the Site. See our Privacy Policy for how cookies and advertising data are handled.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site, beyond what is required by mandatory consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
